Scheduler/Recruiter Job Description


Schedulers are responsible for identifying mystery shoppers for client projects. This includes working with our extensive database of registered shoppers as well as using other grass roots methods for shopper recruitment. A Scheduler is an employee who works from a remote/home based office –or- public office setting in the United States using online systems and reports to the Recruiter Lead. A Scheduler is an entry level position at our company and each Scheduler is entrusted with a minimal amount of work until they have proven that they can complete each project 100% each time.

Responsibilities:

  • Calling shoppers.

  • Contacting and matching Mystery Shopper's to available assignments.

  • Ensuring the on time completion of all shops in their purview.

  • Building the shopper panel by bringing in new shoppers.

  • Briefing shoppers on individual client program scenarios.

  • Recruiting for a specific areas and/or client project.

  • Explaining the role and expectations of mystery shopping.

  • Participate in staff and/or project meetings via phone/skype.

  • Monitoring the status of assigned shopping assignments.

  • Working to resolve shopper concerns and problems.

Scheduler/Recruiter Qualifications


Qualifications:
  • Mystery Shopping Scheduling or Field Recruitment experience preferred but not required.

  • Telemarketing Sales and/or Customer Service Call Center experience helpful.

  • Past experience working in an office environment is a must – should be outlined in resume or cover letter.

  • Real sense of urgency and understanding meeting our clients' deadlines.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

  • Ability to multi-task on an ongoing basis.

  • Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational and follow up skills.

  • PC computing and advanced internet experience necessary.

  • Microsoft Office Suite word and excel.

  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written, including excellent grammar / spelling skills.

  • Able to work effectively as a Team player with remote and in house scheduling staff.

  • Ability to perform and meet urgent deadlines on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

  • Attention to detail, follow through, and initiative.

  • Flexible Schedule working off hours and weekends when necessary.

  • DSL or Cable Internet connectivity -- no satellite or dial-up, If working offsite; web camera.

  • Must be friendly, an effective communicator, self-motivated, and possesses excellent problem solving skills.



QUALIFICATIONS:

  • DSL or Cable Internet connectivity

  • Laptop or desktop computer (no tablet computers)

  • Expertise in Microsoft Outlook Email, Excel and Word - we provide software
  •  
  • Friendly and professional communication skills by email and by phone

  • Previous customer support, scheduling, and call center experience preferred

  • Previous experience with different types of software and ability to learn systems quickly

  • Previous experience with Sassie preferred, but one on one training is provided

Scheduler shifts
We have two shifts for our schedulers. You must remain logged into Skype during your shift and be available at all times during your shift.

At the beginning of the month you let us know which weekend you will off, but it cannot be the last weekend of the month unless you take vacation time. However, that too must be submitted at the beginning of the month.

You will be able to work up to 29 hours. 24 of those hours are required work hours each week and the other 5 hours you can work at your discretion.



Choose which shift you would like to work:

Mon-Fri 10am-2pm and either Saturday or Sunday 10am-2pm.
Mon-Fri 2pm-6pm and either Friday or Saturday 2pm-6pm
